Five Rivers Investment Group & Construction is a licensed California general contractor and developer headquartered in Bakersfield, working across the Central Valley and the state.
We grew up in fueling and travel centers, where the schedule is contractual and the systems underground have to work for twenty years. That work taught us to keep the critical trades in-house, to draw the plans we build from, and to treat approvals and financing as part of the job rather than someone else's problem.
Today the same model carries retail, restaurant, industrial, medical, and multifamily projects for owners who come back project after project. We are a growing, founder-led company, and we hire people who hold themselves to the same standard.

If a trade can stop the schedule, we perform it ourselves. No excuses borrowed from a subcontractor.

Every mechanical decision is made for uptime and maintenance, because the building has to work long after we leave.

Founder & Principal
Jessie founded Five Rivers and leads its development side: finding the ground, structuring the deal, and carrying projects through city approvals. A licensed California real estate broker (DRE No. 01460685), Jessie has led the firm's land and entitlement work on projects such as The Gateway at Delano, a Starbucks-anchored retail center at Highway 99 and County Line Road, and its fueling and retail developments across the Central Valley.

Director
Nav leads Five Rivers across every stage of a project: land, design and entitlement, financing, and the crews in the field. Owners work with him directly from the first site walk to the ribbon cutting.
